September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and September 8th is the first annual #988day! The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across the United States. You can call-text-chat them whenever needed! The Lifeline is comprised of a national network of over 200 local crisis centers.

I decided to create 988 Lifeline Playing Cards to bring awareness to suicide prevention and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline as well as eliminating the stigma around mental health.
